Where are you based?

We are located South of Brisbane, Qld in Rocklea. Our office is open by appointment only.

What locations to you travel to?

As standard, we service approx 2 hours of our office which covers all the major wedding destinations across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. 
This includes your favourite locations such as:

Don’t see your location on the list above? Don’t worry! Understandably we can’t list every location so just reach out to confirm! We love to travel further abroad also so if you’re looking at doing a destination wedding overseas reach out to see how we can help! 

What are your payment options?

We require a 50% deposit to secure the date, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding date. Payment via bank transfer or CC (fee’s may apply).

Can we meet before booking?

Yes absolutely! We always like to have a chat with our couples before booking in. This meeting typically takes about 45-60mins and we’ll discuss your plans, our packages and how we compliment the day. To assist with your busy work & life schedules we offer videocalls both during & afterhours so you’ve got flexibility to arrange a time.

How can I secure my wedding date?

After we’ve had a meeting we will send over our booking contract for you to process. Once this has been filled & completed you will get a booking confirmation & deposit invoice to secure your date.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Do you offer engagement photo sessions?

Absolutely! It’s a wonderful way to get to know our couples further and introduce them to the process of getting their photo captured. 

What packages do you offer?

We offer a variety of packages ranging from Half Day photography to our signature Full Day photography coverage. Some information can be found on our packages page but if you have more questions please get in touch and we can forward over some information. 

How many hours of coverage do offer with your packages?

We have a range of packages, from our short and sweet (2 hour) elopement coverage, the essentials (5 hour) Half Day coverage through to our comprehensive (10-12 hour) Full Day coverage.

What if it rains on our special day?

Not to worry! As you can imagine, after a decade we have experienced plenty of wet weddings. We carry an inventory of white umbrellas so you’re not rushing out the day of the wedding to buy some. All of our camera gear is weather sealed, allowing us to continue working even if wet weather appears. And lastly we have extensive venue experience to know & pre-plan the best solutions available on the day. 

When will we see the full wedding image gallery?

Typically wedding packages are finalised within 4 weeks, though sometimes even earlier! We also get a sneak peek prepared for our clients within 24-72 hours of the wedding so you can start sharing with loved ones as soon as possible!

How many images will I receive?

Every wedding is unique in its own ways and as such there are some variations between each day. But for standard weddings you can typically receive. 
Half Day: 400-600 images
Full Day: 600-1000 images
Elopement: 150-200 images 

Do you offer prints & albums?

We do! Knowing the importance of displaying your images we have a access to professional printing facilities to deliver your images onto a variety of printed formats. 

VIDEOGRAPHY

What packages are available?

For videography we offer both a Half Day Package that is the perfect way to summarise your day and our comprehensive Full Day Videography package that covers your day from start to finish. More details of this can be found on our packages page. 

Can I customise a videography package?

Because of our comprehensive inclusions there’s not much to customise. However if you have special requests for your videos we are more than happy to try facilitate these. 

Can we select the music for the wedding video?

Because of strict copyrightlaws we’re unable to use some music options. We do however have a large library of eligible tracks, so if you have a preference of music genre feel free to chat with us so we can provide some suitable options! 

What video formats do you provide?

Videos are provided in HD .mov formatting, ensuring you can view our videos on all devices with ease! 

How long after the wedding will we receive our video?

Typically wedding packages are finalised within 4 weeks, though sometimes even earlier! 

How will we receive our wedding video?

Your videos are delivered on USB alongside your wedding photos, allowing easy viewing on your large scale devices such as TV’s, etc.
